Terms of Service

PopPrep is for parents and guardians who are at least 18 years old. You set up the account and create profiles for the children in your family. You’re responsible for supervising your children’s use of the service.

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. One account is intended per family.

• We offer a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep full access. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or plans with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or content;
• share your account outside your household, or resell access;
• misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

The questions, explanations, software, and design of PopPrep are our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your family’s own test preparation. All other rights are reserved.

PopPrep is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the Educational Records Bureau (ERB), the Enrollment Management Association (SSAT), or any other testing organization, school, or admissions body. “ISEE,” “SSAT,” and other test names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what we help you practice for.

We do not guarantee any particular test score, score improvement, or admissions outcome. PopPrep is a practice tool, not a promise of results.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopPrep and Icykey LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using PopPrep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and other users.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
